Introducing the Cater Council?

We created the Catering Council as a resource for restaurant operators seeking guidance on growing their catering business. The council houses a directory of experts, each in their respective catering specialties, that operators can consult with for catering growth strategies, marketing, tech, operations, and more. The council serves as a board of advisors to the industry to help guide restaurants in growing their catering business. Featuring exclusive content, tools, seminars, and more, operators can tap into the council for strategic improvements and learnings in QSR, full-service, and fast casual catering.

Today, we’re announcing Sabrina Jenkins, Director of Catering at PDQ, a leading multi-unit fast casual brand. Sabrina manages regional catering sales efforts across all catering segments, including B2B, events, sports catering, and more. She specializes in new and existing market expansion as well as catering tech exploration and implementation.

Q&A with Aaron Hoffman

Why did you join the Cater Council?

I desired to join a group of other strong professionals in the Catering space. A place where we can share insights, bounce ideas off each other, develop and grow our catering businesses.

What do you hope to learn from the Cater community?

Useful tips and tricks to scaling a successful catering program. There are so many ways to attack sales, whether it’s through grassroots marketing, phone and email outreach, or in-store marketing. I love seeing what other brands are doing to shed light on their catering offerings. Hoping to share some of the nuggets I’ve acquired over the years and learn new tricks along the way!
